About Me
I have been training in gyms for more than 20 years and in that time I’ve made plenty of mistakes. Through my mistakes I have learnt valuable lessons – I aim to help as many people as possible to avoid those common mistakes and get results and in a time efficient manner, without wasting time spinning their wheels or possibly getting injured.
My speciality is weight training for building strength/muscle and improving conditioning for sport, but I have helped many people just wanting to get stronger, look better and feel better in themselves.
I call myself One more rep strength coach because all you need to do to progress in strength is add one rep at a time.
If you can do just one more rep than you did last time – you’ve made progress, now let’s aim for another one!
I have since gone on to compete at the Donald Dinnie games which is a strongman competition where every event uses stone.
Personal Training
Personal training is useful for just about everyone regardless of experience level. It helps to have someone else monitoring your training, so you don’t have to think too much about it and you can just focus on getting it done. As well as helping you to push that little bit harder than you might on your own, for some people it can also be useful to have an appointment made to make sure you’re held accountable and actually get it done.

Training Rates
These are my main options but if you’d like to discuss another arrangement I’m happy to see what works best for you.
Coaching:
All your training taken care of
£90 per month +optional personal training sessions
- Personalised training programme and diet advice guaranteed to produce results whilst keeping balance with your life.
- Weekly check ins + 7 days a week Whatsapp contact so you're never unsure of what to do.
- May or may not include personal training, depending on what is required, although I recommend at least once a week if you're new to training or need more accountability.

If you're really serious about making changes and progressing, this option will keep you accountable 7 days a week instead of just during personal training sessions.

1 hour stand-alone personal training session/top up session. in Ironworks Gym, Didcot
£50 for 1 one off session
£45 if 1 per week
£40 if 2 per week
£35 if 3 per week
-Concession rate (OAP or blue light card) £5 discount on each level
Cost can be split if you want to train with a friend/partner!
